'Private'; she would be sorry if he thought his wise and kind letter had been neglected; she has attempted to influence the War Office through Dr. Sutherland, Sir James Clark, Dr. Jenneri and Dr. Parkes, but everything is in a most unsatisfactory state; she hopes the subject will be brought forward again.
