ROSALIND VAUGHAN NASH

Claydon
3 March 1895
How grieved she is that 'the Prince-let11 has been ill; 'Mother' Jouisal has been good in writing; Vaughan has been very kind in sending the Daily Chronicle with his articles; she is all agog collecting books of instruction for school boys leaving school, for men, for free libraries, on the duties and responsibilities of Parish Councils and District Councils, but she has failed to get any book on the first Reform Bill, and Poor Law Reform and their results; Sir John Herschel says that we never learn from the past.
