F.N.'s distress at having so long delayed answering Miss Tuxton's letter because of her illness; difficulty of obtaining admission to any Training School for less than a year; no Hospitals receive without payment Probationers not intending to embark on Nursing in this country after their year's training; F.N. is making enquiries at hospitals which really do train; sends her best wishes for highest success in Miss Turton's noble project; 'I always retain my tenderness for Italy.'
