10 South Street, Park Lane
30 Sept. 1892
Thanks Rosalind for her letter and articles on Dr. Arlidge; it is a most important inquiry; she would like R. to print the articles as a pamphlet and charge it to her [F.N.]; 'very great care will be required in nomination of your Standing Commission of experts if you carry it. "Doctors" are often the worst sanitarians - and axe new gone mad on Bacteriology'; Sidney Herbert's success was due in part to his having one paid permanent Sanitarian, Dr. Sutherland; Douglas Galton now the best she knows; sends her love to Mr. Nash.
