[In P.S.1 discusses Nurses savings; she thinks Mr. ----Is plan so unsuited to our Hospital women; 'Do they intend to stay in Hospital life till they are 60 or 55 or even 50?1 Do Nurses marry more or less than other women? Dr. Steele himself says "More: because they make such good wives"; what Miss LUckes says is so true -that Mr. ---'s plan should not interfere with what the Hospital does for its Nurses; 'it is of course desirable that the Nurses should have it all thoroughly explained to them. It is our duty'.
