'Private'; apologises for keeping him waiting so long for his paper; Mr. & Mrs. Craven told their committee of the Scheme some time ago, but the Committee had no voice in the matter; it is said that Mrs. C. will be an obstacle to anything like this; apologises for the meagreness of 'Suggestions' and heartily wishes success in the promotion of the objects of the Metropolitan & National Nursing Association.
