Sir W. Wedderburn has encouraged her to write to Mr. Ozanne, Indian Agriculture having always been a subject of the greatest interest to her; refers to his Annual Report for the Year 1884-5; acknowledges his work in providing prizes for fairs and agricultural shows andpasses on suggestion of 'educated natives from the Bombay Presidency' that advantage be taken of all the fairs of India by awarding small prizes, even if only medals for best breeds of cattle and best agricultural produce.
