MISS A. L. PRINGLE
35 South Street, Park Lane W
19 July 1873
F.N. has seen Miss Barclay again; the only thing which will do her any good is to have September for exercise of body - rest of mind - and sea bathing; in the meanwhile she wants to be fed like a baby; Miss Barclay brings two prints for the nurses; 'Remember that there is danger too of unselfish people taking what they dan't like, because they think: that is the finger of God ... We may be misled by scruples as well as by following our own way.'
Extract. ALP's notebook GTER. LOND. REC. OFF.
