F.N. asks him to return the papersi as she likes to add to them from time to time as 'in this way we may hope to get together a body of information such as will enable us not only to guide in the Training School but also to exercise our awn judgements as to the staffs to be sent out in future 'avee connaissance de cause' and not to commit again the inevitable mistakes of Sydney, Liverpool and Netley'; an anonymous letter she has received.
