It cannot be denied England is deeply hurt at the conduct of Germany who has requited her freely given help by accusation of giving arms to the French; the English are being accused of providing arms in fact from America; suggests that it should be part of the neutrality laws for a neutral power to be forbidden to provide arms to a belligerent.
